To attend the La Leche League of Michigan's 2017 Breastfeeding and Parenting Conference on Saturday, October 14, please read these instructions before proceeding.
Fill out the Registration Form below. When ordering lunch, conference swag or submitting Children of LLL names or Tributes, PLEASE ADD THE QUANTITY FOR THOSE ITEMS SO IT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR PURCHASE. You will be able to Preview your Registration before submitting it. Click on the “Register” button. A Payment Summary will appear. Please review the items in the Payment Summary to make sure everything you selected is accounted for. If your order is correct, click on the "Purchase" button and enter your payment information. When ordering mugs, water bottles, and totes, these items must be picked up at the conference; they will not be shipped.

Refunds: A full refund, minus a $20.00 handling fee, will be made only for written requests received by the Area Finance Coordinator no later than September 30, 2017; 50% if received by October 7, 2017.
